The aim of this project is to further develop and scale up an innovative technology developed partly at HOGENT for the production of string instruments from flax, and to prepare the future start-up of a spin-off (including market research and business model preparation). 

Flax fibre instruments: towards a spin-off with innovative acoustic-electric bowed instruments is a research project of the research centres Futures through Design and Research Centre for Sustainable Organisations.
