Mashid Mohadjerin, is a visual artist. Her photography, video installations and collages focus on identity, history, resilience, political resistance and representations thereof. She received her PhD in the Arts at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Antwerp in 2021. Mashid works for major publications while producing personal multi-disciplinary projects. She is a published author and lecturer.
