Peter Vandenberghe studied piano at the academy of Ostend, musicology and jazz with Dierik Wissels and Pierre van Dormael. He also took a three-year course at the Brussels Conservatory with Eric Legnini.

In 1995 Vandenberghe joined the band X-Legged Sally of Peter Vermeersch. That's how he ended up in the Flat Earth Society. Besides Too Noisy Fish he regurly plays with Arno, Monsoon, Wim Vandekeybus and Toots Thielemans. He wrote dance music, music for films and art projects.
