Wouter Van Tornhout (°1980, Ghent) is a Belgian drummer who has played with a wide range of national and international artists. In 2007 Wouter graduated from the Royal Conservatory in Brussels and Ghent where he gained a masters degree in pop and jazz music. Continuing his studies, he then took classes with American drum guru Dom Famularo in New York. Since 2010 he is teaching at the pop & jazz department at the School of Arts in Ghent, Belgium. Wouter is currently playing with international pop artist MIKA and has been a member of his band since summer 2018.
