Arnout De Cleene is core editor at cultural magazine rekto:verso. He also works as a researcher at KASK & Conservatorium and is part of art collective 019. He studied cultural and literary studies and previously worked as a researcher at KU Leuven and as a scientific and policy staff member at Museum Dr. Guislain. He published the monograph Outsider Literature (Garant, 2020). Together with Michiel De Cleene, he created the-documents.org and published F#1-13 (APE, 2017), The Situation As It Is (APE, 2022), Capital Compression (Roma, 2023) and Amidst the fire, I am not burnt (Roma, 2024).
