Kristof is the head of the Drama training programe committee and teaches at KASK & Conservatorium since December 2023. He combines this role with a practice as a dramaturge. Since 2013, he has worked with Kris Verdonck / A Two Dogs Company. He regularly works with Michiel Vandevelde and Thomas Ryckewaert. Other recent collaborations include those with Mustaf Ahmeti, Jesse Vandamme and Stef Van Looveren. Together with Kris Verdonck, he conducted research on Noh theatre and Samuel Beckett at KASK & Conservatorium. Kristof writes regularly for magazines such as Etcetera and Performance Research, and for several book publications. Prior to his work at KASK & Conservatorium, Kristof obtained a PhD in art sciences on posthumanism and performance at UGent (2018), and was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Antwerp (2018-2023), where he worked on theatre and end times.
