After being attacked a year ago, party animal Danny is afraid to venture out into the nightlife. However, his friends convince him to throw himself back into the gay scene and go to The Brooklyn Annual Enema Party. What was supposed to be a night of hedonistic reunion takes a more sinister turn when a hunky killing machine in sparkle spandex and a unicorn mask attacks the local drag queen community. Killer Unicorn is camp horror of the highest order. Shot on location in some of New York's most iconic clubs and cruise spots, this micro-budget hot mess of a film combines sex-positivity with slasher highs. Slay queen.

Our guest speaker on duty pulls out all the stops for a lecture on horror and queer resistance. Placing the well-known dictum ‘bury your gays’ on its head, Killer Unicorn takes a run at the conventions of the genre to quickly eliminate gay characters from the picture. The humour cuts as hard as the killing tools, while even in the midst of the carnage, the motley parade of characters never lose their sense of style.
