Mirte van Aalst (°1996, NL) works as a researcher at the Futures Through Design research center. She already worked there on the projects 'A new view on estates' and 'Decentering Design'. She's currently working on the project 'Dementia-friendly Hospitals' in collaboration with the 360° Care & Welfare research center. In addition to her research activities within HOGENT, Mirte also teaches at KU Leuven (interior architecture design course, 2021-present).
